Uninsured Notice

As a way to reduce uninsured motorists on Kentucky roadways, the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Division of Motor Vehicle Licensing has contacted vehicle owners regarding their auto insurance information. If you have received an insurance letter please provide an insurance card along with the letter to our office.

Proof of insurance

Needs to have an effective date within the last 45 days unless faxed directly to our office from the insurance company.
