Where to go to Record or Obtain Copies of Documents

Copies can be requested in-person during our office hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

All land records, marriage license, and notaries are located at the Courthouse at 100 North Main Street Somerset, KY 42501. Regular copy charges are $0.50/page, and certified copies are $5.00/3 pages, and $0.50/each additional page over If requesting by mail add $2.00 for postage and handling.
