The purpose of this service is to automatically provide an individual with email notifications when a document is recorded in the Clerk’s office that matches their name.
Public users can also opt into the service by completing a simple online application that lets them choose the names that they would like to have checked daily.
Notifying a person immediately after documents are recorded in their name provides peace-of-mind and can prevent damages being incurred due to fraudulent transactions.
